Submit a generic plugin task
Submit normalized plugin JSON through the legacy generic entry.

Path key is an enabled plugin key. JSON requires model; other fields follow the plugin normalized request format, not arbitrary native provider payloads.
The receipt contains id, task_id, status=queued, model, and created_at. Query task_id for the final state. This is a legacy generic entry; prefer host protocols or native routes. There is no uniform idempotency or resubmission guarantee. See tasks.
